Partner Services, including any products offered for sale, are sold by our Partners, not us. We act as their commercial agent, arranging and concluding your appointment or order.
If you choose to pay for Partner Services through Glamiti's Payment Services, we'll collect your payment on behalf of the Partner, effectively discharging your debt to them. The contract for the Partner Services is solely between you and the Partner.
While we aren't responsible for the Partner Services, we still care about your satisfaction. If you're unhappy with a Partner, reach out to us at contact@glamiti.com, and we'll see what we can do.
When you make an appointment or order, you agree to a Partner Contract and its terms of sale with the Partner. It's important to thoroughly review all details and restrictions before confirming your appointment or order.
We want you to have the best experience possible, so please be respectful to our Partners and our staff. Glamiti may deactivate your account if you breach any part of our Terms of Service or act inappropriately.

"Capitalized words hold the key to understanding our Terms of Service. So, let's decode them!
An "Appointment" is simply a booking you make through the Glamiti Platform for one or more services offered by a Partner. Whether it's updated, re-scheduled or cancelled, it's still an Appointment.
If you cancel an appointment, don't be surprised by the "Cancellation Policy". This policy is part of the Partner Terms of Sale and could result in you being charged a fee by the Partner for cancelling the appointment. This fee could be as high as 100% of the appointment's value.
When we say "Client" or "you", we're referring to the user of the Glamiti Services or the person who's purchased any Partner Services.
"Confirmation" is the written confirmation we provide you for your appointment or order via email or the Glamiti Platform.
If a Partner requires a deposit for an appointment, it's part of their "Deposit Policy". This policy is included in the Partner Terms of Sale.
Your "Glamiti Account" is your very own account on the Glamiti Platform. It holds all your important information such as name, appointment history, order history and contact information.
"Glamiti Appointment Services" covers all appointment booking services like creating, updating, rescheduling and cancelling appointments, all done through the Glamiti Platform.
"Glamiti Payment Services" is the online and in-app payment facility available for select Partners on the Glamiti Platform.
The "Glamiti Platform" refers to the website glamiti.com, the mobile application available on the Apple Store and Google Play Store, and the web interface provided by Glamiti that a Partner can embed on their own website or social media channels.
"Glamiti Services" encompasses all the information, recommendations and services provided by Glamiti through the Glamiti Platform, including Glamiti Platform, Glamiti Appointment Services, Glamiti Payment Services, and Partner Profiles.
If you fail to show up to a Partner's place of business at the time indicated on the appointment, the "No Show Policy" may come into play. This policy is included in the Partner Terms of Sale and could result in you being charged a fee, which could be up to 100% of the appointment's value.
An "Order" is any order for products you make through a Partner's store on the Glamiti Platform.
The "Partner Contract" is the contract between you and the Partner for their Partner Services, which you book through the Glamiti Platform. It also includes any Partner Terms of Sale provided to you before confirming your appointment or order.
"Partner Credit" is a credit purchased via Glamiti Services by the Client to make a pre-payment to a Partner for their services.
The "Partner Profile" is the Partner's page on the Glamiti Platform, which has information about their services and, if applicable, their store.
"Partner Services" refers to any goods or services offered by a Partner for sale or booking on the Glamiti Platform, including appointments, vouchers or orders.
The "Partner Terms of Sale" include all the important details about your appointment such as date, time, price, location and any other terms and conditions. It also includes any deposit policy, cancellation policy, no show policy or return and refunds policy.
A "Partner Voucher" is a voucher issued by the Partner via the Glamiti Platform. It has all the details of the

Paying for partner service

Glamiti is all about making your life easier and more convenient. With our payment options, paying for Partner Services is a breeze. Whether you choose to pay via our Glamiti Payment Services or opt for the Pay In-Store Service, you can be assured that we have you covered.
"Get the Best Deals and Discounts with Glamiti"
Our Partners may offer discounts that will be reflected in the final amount payable, giving you the opportunity to save even more. And if you're feeling extra generous, you have the option to tip the Partner following your appointment, with the assurance that 100% of your tip will reach the Partner (subject to payment processing fees).
"Trust in the Security of Our Payment Process"
Glamiti uses a third-party payment processor to ensure the safe and secure transfer of funds for your purchases. However, please note that we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our payment services. In the unlikely event of any interruptions, we will do our best to restore the service as soon as possible.
"Stay Tax Compliant with Ease"
The Partner is responsible for any indirect taxes on the value of the Appointment/Order, while Glamiti will include applicable taxes on all products in an Order. If you order through us, we will provide a tax invoice via the Glamiti Platform. If you order directly through the Partner, they will provide one upon request.

Appointment Changes and cancelations
Reschedule with Ease
Don't let a change in plans hold you back! If you need to adjust your appointment time or date, you have the flexibility to do so. You can reschedule through the Glamiti platform or directly with your partner. Just keep in mind, rescheduling may not be possible if your appointment is coming up soon. Check the partner's terms of sale for details on their rescheduling policy.
Deposit, Cancellation, No-Show: Know Your Options While you have a variety of rights, some Partner Contracts may offer specific opportunities to cancel. Partners may request a deposit to confirm your appointment or order, which may be up to 100% of the value. It's important to familiarize yourself with the Partner Contract and Deposit Policy before finalizing your appointment.
Cancelling is Easy If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so through Glamiti or directly with your partner. However, cancellation may not be possible if your appointment is coming up soon. The cancellation policy will be shared with you when you make your appointment. Partners may have a Cancellation Policy in place, which could result in Glamiti automatically charging your card up to the full value of the appointment if cancelled after the specified time frame. If you cancel outside of the Partner's policy, you may still be eligible for a refund, but this will need to be arranged directly with the partner.
No-Shows Have Consequences Failing to show up to your appointment could result in Glamiti automatically charging your card up to the full value of the appointment if the partner implements a No Show Policy. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within the time frame specified in the Cancellation Policy. Be sure to keep your schedule in check and show up on time!
Restriction on access
At Glamiti, we strive to provide the best possible experience for both our clients and partners. However, in some instances, we may have to restrict access to our services or platform for the benefit of everyone involved. If any of the following occurs:
• You have a history of frequent cancellations, no-shows, or negative transactions that affect our partners' experiences
• You fail credit or fraud prevention checks from our payment services
• We suspect fraud or money laundering from you or someone using your account
• We suspect the security of your account has been compromised
• You display inappropriate, abusive, or offensive behavior towards our staff or partners
• You violate our terms of service
• Your actions negatively impact the quality of our services
We reserve the right to partially or fully restrict your access.
Additionally, our partners may impose additional restrictions on who can purchase and book their services. They may restrict access to their profiles, prevent appointments, or limit interaction on our platform. These restrictions are determined solely by our partners, and we have no control over them.
Liability
At Glamiti, we take responsibility for our actions and will be liable for any foreseeable losses or damages caused by our negligence or breach of contract. However, we cannot accept liability for certain types of loss, including lost income, business, profits, anticipated savings, or wasted time, unless the loss is due to our fraud or misrepresentation.
We do not limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liabilities that cannot be limited under English law.
Please note that we are not responsible for the provision or lack of provision of Partner Services or Products. Our partners are solely responsible for fulfilling their services and products under your Partner Contract with them.
Indemnity
As a user of Glamiti, you agree to protect us from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses that may arise from:
• Your use (or misuse) of our services and platform, including any transmitted or received data or content
• Any misleading, false, or inaccurate information submitted through your customer account
• Any violation of these terms of service or applicable laws and regulations
• Any violation of third-party rights, including our partners
• Negligent or intentional misconduct
• Any unauthorized access to our services using your username, password, or security code
You agree to indemnify and release Glamiti and its affiliates, including staff members, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from any and all claims related to these issues.
Ending these terms of service
Upon termination of our agreement, Glamiti will promptly delete or return all personal data to you within 30 days. However, in some cases, we may need to retain the personal data to comply with relevant laws and regulations. In such instances, we will keep the data only for as long as required by law.
Platform Fees: Enjoy using the Glamiti Platform for free, but be aware that Glamiti reserves the right to charge a fee in the future. In that case, Glamiti will give you a heads up and allow you to decide whether to continue or halt your use of the services.
Assignment: You can't transfer your rights under these terms without getting the green light from Glamiti in writing.
Notices: Glamiti can notify you through the platform, email, or regular mail. If you wish to send a notice to Glamiti, use contact@glamiti.com for email or send it by post to: Sanraj Ventures Inc, 1055 W Georgia St. Suite 2400, Vancouver, BC V6E 3P3.
Entire Agreement: The terms of service, along with any referenced documents, form a complete agreement between you and Glamiti and govern your use of the services, replacing any prior versions of these terms. Your Partner Contract governs the provision of the Partner Services and Products.
Enforcement & Severability: Glamiti's inability to enforce any right or provision of the terms doesn't mean they have waived that right or provision. If a provision is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be severed from the terms and the rest of the terms will remain in full force.
Governing Law: The laws of British Colombia, Canada will govern and construe these terms of service. You and Glamiti agree that the English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising from or related to the provision of Partner Services via the Glamiti Platform.
Interpretation: If applicable, words in the singular form in these terms and conditions will retain the same definition in the plural form, and vice versa. Words in the masculine form include the feminine form, and vice versa.

1. Try to resolve the issue by speaking directly with the Partner.
2. Share your experience by leaving a fair and honest review on the Glamiti platform.

If you reach out to us, we'll do our best to help resolve the situation by contacting the Partner. In rare cases, if a resolution can't be reached and we believe it's justified, we may provide a refund for the disputed amount as a last resort. These refunds will be processed through our Payment Services.
Please note that while we take all feedback and complaints seriously, we are not responsible for the Partner Services and do not guarantee compensation if you are unsatisfied with any aspect of their services.
