This Privacy Policy explains how Sanraj Ventures Inc., operating as Glamiti (“Glamiti,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal data in connection with the Glamiti application’s integration with Clover payment services and related Clover systems, on behalf of Canadian business customers using the integration (each, a “Merchant”).
Glamiti’s processing of personal data in connection with the integration is governed by this Privacy Policy and our agreements with Merchants. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and a customer agreement, the customer agreement will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This Privacy Policy is not a substitute for any privacy policy that a Merchant may be required to provide to their customers, personnel, or other individuals.

Information we process through the Clover integration
We may process personal data from or on behalf of Merchants in connection with their use of the Glamiti application’s integration with Clover payment services and related Clover systems, only to the extent such data is entered into, made available to, or otherwise processed through the integration. The categories of personal data processed may vary depending on how a Merchant configures and uses the integration.
The information processed through the integration may include merchant account and business information, authorized user details, Clover account-linking information, authorization status, permissions granted by the Merchant, integration credentials required to maintain the Clover connection, appointment and booking data, customer contact information entered by or on behalf of the Merchant, and payment status or related confirmation data made available to Glamiti through Clover APIs where necessary to update booking, sales, or operational records within the Glamiti platform. Merchants may also provide additional information through the integration in connection with their use of the services.
Glamiti does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes. Payment processing is handled by Clover or related Clover services, and certain payment data may be collected and processed directly by Clover in accordance with Clover’s own terms and policies.
How we use the information we collect
We use personal data processed through the Clover integration only as necessary to provide, operate, maintain, and support the integration and related services, enable integration functionality, communicate with Merchants regarding the integration and related services, and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, and enforcement obligations.
Your rights and choices
Data subject rights
To the extent that applicable law provides individuals with rights pertaining to their personal information, such as to review and request changes to their personal information, individuals should contact the Merchant with any requests pertaining to the Merchant's use of our application. To the extent that Clover is responsible for responding to data subject rights requests under applicable law, individuals may contact Clover with applicable requests as explained in Clover's Privacy Notice, https://www.clover.com/privacy-policy. Company will assist a Merchant, or Clover, as applicable, in responding to such requests subject to our contract with a Merchant or Clover.
